You can add as many email addresses as you need to help keep your customers, partners, and employees informed about the status of the shipment.
Email addresses can be added or removed regardless of the shipment’s current status and will help you keep the right people in the loop as the need arises.
To access the email address configuration panel simply click the cogwheel icon at the top of the ‘Messages’ section of your shipment’s information:
